News:
March is definitely a month for transition and rebirth in my life; of letting go of the old and embracing the new. I have finally gotten myself unstuck and am moving forward again. I can feel it in my core and the natural world has confirmed it. The day I got the news I'd been waiting for, I was seeing owls - 3 of them. One was the profile shot of a friend who I'd emailed that day and it caught my attention. A few hours later, another friend posted a photo on her Facebook page - it was of an owl, just hanging out watching her work. To top it off, the drawing in my daily gratitude journal was of - yep, an owl. The owl represents not only wisdom, but is symbolic of life transition and change. I have some big wonderful changes in store which I will share with you at a later date. Change can be scary for the ego, but the Soul - it thrives on it. I have had some amazing Earth Angels who have helped me along my way. You know who you are. I am so incredibly grateful. Thank you.
Love, Adrienne :)
U.S. Reminder: It's time to move the clocks ahead an hour on Sunday, March 12 at 2 a.m. - unless you live in AZ or HI.
The time for green has come again! Wishing you a Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Happy Spring Equinox:
Monday, March 20th marks the Vernal (Spring) Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and the Autumnal (Fall) Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere. For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, it's officially the first day of spring. Though, Mother Nature seems to say otherwise. In Ohio, by the end of February, the trees had already blossomed, plants were poking up through the ground and the weather had reached into the mid-70's. Granted, one day it was 75 degrees and the very next day it dipped into the low 30s with snow on the ground. It's been a see-saw of warm and cold, temps jumping up and down for a few weeks. Regardless of when spring actually arrives, it is a time of rebirth. What old memories, ideas or beliefs are you holding that could be released to make room for the new? What seeds should you be planting in your mind that will sprout and grow and show themselves in your reality? As the saying goes: your thoughts become things. You choose the seeds - either sprout weeds or a beautiful garden.
World Water Day!
March 22nd is World Water Day. Water - 2/3 of the world is covered in it, more than half of our body is made up of it and we all need it to live. Yet, corporations pollute it, sewage is dumped into it, the oceans are rapidly being taken over by plastic particles and a portion of the human population still doesn't have access to clean water, including people here in the U.S. I invite you to take some time on the 22nd to send intents of blessings to the rivers, streams, reservoirs, lakes and oceans. It's always a great idea to bless and hold gratitude for the water you drink. Water holds memory. Let us send the water love, peace and gratitude. All it takes is intention and prayer.
Inspiration:
"Everybody dies, but not everybody lives" is a powerful reminder from Prince Ea to not get caught up in the routines and the drama and let life slip by. What will you regret the most that you didn't do? Are you using your gifts? What dream chose you and are you living it out or are you in a state of 'kinda'? "You can't go back and make a brand new beginning, but you can start now and make a brand new ending." This-is-a-must-watch-video.
A cool share:
I forget how I stumbled across this site, but I found it quite interesting. 16personalities.com allows you to take a free test which then tells you which of the 16 personality types you are. They go into quite a bit of detail for each type - covering strengths and weaknesses, romantic relationships, parenthood, career paths and more. If you have some time and are curious - click here to take the test. Enjoy!

A blessing to ponder:
Recommended Reading:
Mudras are hand gestures that impact energy. They have been used for centuries in many different cultures. Mudras: Ancient Gestures to Ease Modern Stress, by Emily Fuller Williams, is a wonderful resource. She guides you through 24 mudras which are broken down into 6 categories: release, relax, restore, recharge, reframe thinking and refresh mind. You will learn how to do the mudras and how to apply them. She has plenty of examples along the way. In just 3 minutes, you can work on patience, self-confidence, focus, prosperity and more. I love this book. For me, it's a must-have tool. If you feel drawn to this resource, click here to have a look on Amazon.

Art from the Soul:
If you enjoy 3D art, then welcome to the world of Stefan Pabst. His paintings are certainly life-like. He has a lot of awesome videos, like the ones you see below, on his YouTube channel. You can also follow his work on Facebook where you'll find many more photorealistic drawings. He even has a book out to help artists take their drawing skills to the next level. Enjoy!
