News:
Independence = Freedom
On July 4th, the U.S. celebrates Independence Day as a country. I invite each and every one of us to celebrate our own independence. What freedoms are you grateful for? What do you still desire independence from? Is it freedom of being who you are without persecution from others? Is it freedom from self-criticism? Is it freedom from victimization? Is it freedom to make your own choice and mistakes? Is it freedom from your emotions or beliefs? I invite you to take the necessary steps to obtain your own freedom. Give yourself the gift of freedom of accepting yourself for who you are. Do release work (there are many modalities to choose from) to free yourself from trapped emotions or beliefs or programs that no longer serve you. Seek the help you need if you are searching for freedom from addiction. Try energy healing if you desire freedom from pain - be it physical, mental or emotional. It takes some work to acquire freedom - why wait? Drop your shackles of restriction and let your Soul fly free. Happy Independence Day - Love, Adrienne :)
Global Meditation for Compassion - July 11th!
On July 11th at 9:00 a.m. PDT, there will be a global meditation for compassion. The video below beautifully explains that there are two types of poverty - one caused by lack of food, clothing or shelter and the other is caused by lack of love and compassion. If we have love and compassion in our hearts then we will whole-heartedly assist those who lack food and shelter. I invite you to watch the video below as well as go to https://chopracentermeditation.com/globalmeditation to register and take part in this amazing event.
