News:
I would like to wish you a very Happy Valentine's Day and Feliz Dia de Amor y Amistad! We definitely need more LOVE in the world. Be sure to start with yourself and let it flow from there. Love can be expressed through a smile, a hug, a kind gesture, really giving someone your full attention (as in turn off the cellphone, TV, computer, etc)... and of course with chocolates ;) Let's all try to be more kind to ourselves and to others. BE the love!
Sending Love, Adrienne :)
EFT Tapping Summit
This is a free virtual online event for people who are familiar with the Emotional Freedom Technique as well as for those who are novice beginners. If you've ever wondered what all the buzz is about tapping, this a great way to learn more. Event organizer, Nick Ortner, states: "This incredible online event is about providing you with a better understanding of Tapping, while expanding your consciousness to new levels in the areas of emotional freedom, physical health, abundance, overcoming mental barriers, and relief from traumas that you may be trying to let go of." The summit starts February 27th and runs through March 8th. Click here for more information and to register!
Inspiration:
"Love my life" is a wonderful song by Robbie Williams. The artistic direction of the video is a bit distracting, so I suggest closing your eyes and really listening to the lyrics. This has been my go-to song as of late. Enjoy!
A cool share: Kindness.org
Kindness.org is a non-profit that believes small acts can make a big impact. They list ideas for random acts of kindness that you can carry out and then share those ideas to inspire others. Wouldn't it be a great goal if most people tried to do at least one act of kindness a day? What a beautiful way to share love! The video below on the left is associated with Kindness.org. The video on the right, presented by a life insurance company, is a beautiful reminder that embodies the idea that small acts do add up.

Quote to ponder:
Recommended Reading:
Led by Faith: Rising from the Ashes of the Rwandan Genocide, by Immaculée Ilibagiza with contributor Steve Erwin, is a beautiful book about forgiveness. Immaculée had me in tears throughout her story. She shows us that it is possible and necessary to open our hearts to those who have wronged us so that there may be healing. She speaks about the absolute need for forgiveness and healing so that her country of Rwanda could move forward. It's not about forgetting the horrors of the genocide, it's about letting the wounds heal and opening one's heart again. Immaculée is strong in her faith and is an inspiration for us all. She has seen and experienced the horrors mankind is capable of, yet she shares with us her journey on the road to forgiveness guided by her faith. I highly recommend this book. Art from the Soul:
The sculpture below is Paige Bradley's "Expansion." I love this piece of art. It's a stunning reminder that when you peel away the outer layer of the body, the shell, we are pure light at our very core. In describing her sculpture, Paige states: "From the moment we are born, the world tends to have a container already built for us to fit inside: A social security number, a gender, a race, a profession or an I.Q. I ponder if we are more defined by the container we are in, rather than what we are inside. Would we recognize ourselves if we could expand beyond our bodies? Would we still be able to exist if we were authentically 'un-contained'?" To see more of her work, click here.
