Welcome to BE from the Hear t's Newsletter
December 2014, Issue 7
News:
It's hard to believe it's almost Christmas and Hanukkah is nearly over. Even more so, it's hard to believe that we're about to say goodbye to 2014 and welcome in 2015. Time seems to be flying which is even more reason to do our best to BE present. I wish you a most wonderful holiday with your family and loved ones.
B log:

To give or not to give, that is the question.

For a chuckle:
This was part of one of my blog posts for December. It's a great concept to always keep in mind - especially during the holidays:

Bring yourself to a stop.
Release the mind for a moment. Engage all of your senses for Awareness of your breath. Take notice of where you Hold tensions in your body and Exhale them out. Inhale through your Nose And from your belly, Not your chest. Drop your shoulders as you exhale Out your mouth Ushering your Toxins and tensions out of your body. |

Did you know that a deck of cards can tell you more about you?
Did you know that it's believed that Tarot stemmed from playing cards?
It's also believed that playing cards may have been the first calendar.
Some interesting "coincidences":
• 52 cards in the deck & 52 weeks in the year
• 4 Suits & 4 seasons
• 13 cards in each suit &13 weeks in each season
• 12 Court Cards (Jacks, Queens, Kings) & 12 months
• Add up the deck plus the Joker = 365, the same number of days in a year!
Click here to find your card on the chart. Once you know what it is, click on the name on the left side of the page to find out what your card means. Do you think it's right on?
