My name is Adrienne Almamour. I have been on this journey for understanding who I am and my place in this world for as long as I can remember. I am an avid explorer, both of the world and of life. I am a voracious learner. Every day I open myself to learning something new that will help me along my path and will also benefit those I come into contact with. My main ambition in life had once been to set foot on all 7 continents before I turned 35. I was able to accomplish that goal 9 months before my 35th birthday. After that, I felt stuck. I'd done what I'd set out to do, so what was next? That's when my Guides stepped in and led me to Sedona, AZ. My entire life unraveled during my time there. I remember one day, in despair, asking my Guides - why was my life falling apart? Their answer - it was falling together. Sedona became my intensive training ground. I was able to open up to and develop my intuition. A huge light bulb went on when I was told that I'm an empath which perfectly explained why I'd been so emotional and sensitive my whole life. I also realized that I can work with the deceased and it's often brought to my attention when a cross over is needed. As I started helping people remove blocked energies, I was finding more intricate blockages that no modality had prepared me for - that's when the Angels stepped in and I've been working with them ever since.
Every session I do with people is unique - it is catered for them by their Guides and Higher Self. There are always new blockages or subtle energies popping up that I have to figure out what they are and how to deal with them right there on the spot - thank goodness for the Angels! I can do sessions in person, but mostly work over Skype. You can be anywhere on the planet and I can connect to your energy. I can feel what you're holding subconsciously and I can assist you in removing the energy which does not serve you. I am passionate about this work as I used to be, what I call, emotionally obese. Anyone who's ever met me in person knows I've been a skinny malink my whole life, but if you could see the amount of emotional weight I was carrying, it would be a whole other story. Dropping that emotional baggage does make a huge difference. What I commonly hear after a session is, "I feel lighter." That's the proof in the pudding that it's a wonderful relief and release to clear out heavy, low vibratory emotional energies. They do not serve you, they weigh you down and they can lead to more distress and unhappiness.
I do my best to walk my talk on a daily basis. It has been quite the adventure re-learning how to BE from my heart.
